
At IHG Jayne O'Brien will oversee brand vision and strategy across all of IHG's nine brands. "Her extensive knowledge in leading brands and marketing strategy across varied industries, her innovative approach rooted in insights, as well as her strong international experience, makes her an ideal addition to our global brand team," remarks Keith Barr, IHG chief commercial officer. O'Brien will be based in IHG's Denham, Bucks, global headquarters for her first six months before moving to the Atlanta office. In addition to Dubai Properties Group, O'Brien was chief marketing officer for workplace solutions provider Regus Group, prior to which she spent 18 years at British Airways. At BA, she was responsible for helping develop many of the airline's most successful brand and product initiatives, including the first flat bed in Club World, the oneworld alliance brand and the first arrivals lounge concept at Heathrow Airport.
