This Award rewards a communication campaign of a hotel group or brand on a national and/or international scale, regardless of the media used: television, radio, print media, billboards, Internet, social networks, etc.
Best marketing operation
This Award rewards a marketing operation or campaign destined to enhance, promote or relaunch a brand, product or concept through initiatives, tools and innovative partnerships.
Best initiative in sustainable development and social responsibility
This Award rewards a specific programme in the fields of sustainable development, fair trade, and/or social responsibility towards local populations and employees, and/or tourist sites and natural resources.
Best initiative in human resources and career development
This Award rewards the exemplary nature of a human resources management program in terms of recruitment, integration of new employees, talent spotter, empowerment, diversity, career development, performance improvement, motivation and social climate.
This Award rewards a new concept of a group, brand or establishement, that demonstrates the hospitality sector's ability to innovate and renew itself. This concept as a whole provides another vision of comfort and/or a better quality of service for guests in terms of design, public spaces, technology and services, etc.
Best guest experience
This Award rewards a new service or a particular initiative of a group, brand or property that demonstrates the hospitality sector's ability to innovate and renew or better the guest experience in all the complementary accommodations of the guest journey and conduct effective preparation of the guests stay, up to check out. This may concern the whole journey or one/more stages such as: catering, entertainment, bar, room service, fitness and well-being, meetings & incentives, outdoor activities ...
Best "WOW! effect"
This Award rewards an exceptional product, service or experience provided by a luxury property (at least 5-stars) that demonstrates its ability to amaze, delight and exceed the expectations of its most demanding guests.
Best digital transformation
This Award rewards the implementation of new innovative digital tools: CRS, CRM, connected devices, digital platform, mobile app, artificial intelligence..., to stimulate and boost direct sales, promote the brand or the property, improve and facilitate the guest experience or even optimize internal efficiency.
Manager of the year
This Award rewards a manager of an institution, department or region who has marked his profession according to the following criteria: managerial skills, business performance, human resources management, professional recognition by his peers, commitment to community life. A winner may not run again in the same category for 10 years in the category.
Employee of the year
This Award rewards an employee of an institution or hotel management school, who has contributed to highly improve the performance of its company, guest recognition, and quality of service.
Lifetime Achievement "Pioneer/Entrepreneur"
This distinction is awarded by the Advisory Board to a personality from the world of hospitality or tourism who has marked the profession through his or her pioneering, innovative, entrepreneurial and professional success.

This award rewards an innovative initiative in various fields: educational contents and methods, sustainable development, student exchange programme, teaching of a subject through innovative pedagogical tools…
This action or mission aims at providing students with the necessary tools to make them more operational in the fields of catering and hospitality management, and at strengthening relations between the trade and training organisations.
This Award rewards a former student who has been in the working life for a maximum of 5 years and is under 30 years of age. This young professional must distinguish himself/herself by his/her academic results as well as by a promising beginning of his/her professional career in the hospitality industry. His/her actions or missions must testify to his/her potential and motivation to develop his/her company and the hospitality industry as a whole.
Applications for young employees are submitted by a hotel school or a company in the hospitality sector, after validation by both parties.
Now it's up to you to apply and demonstrate that the hospitality sector is in constant motion: your innovation might be pioneering the way.
