The 19th edition of the Worldwide Hospitality Awards will be held this November 7 in the prestigious Opera Salon at the InterContinental Paris Le Grand. This competition dedicated to hoteliers rewards the best innovations and initiatives of the international hotel industry with more than 800 participants each year.
This competition is open to all Hotel Groups / Corporate Hotel Chains / Consortia / Independent Hotels / Franchise Hotels / Residence Hotels / Hotel Schools / Hospitality Training Programs / Hotel Schools / Tourist Destinations and any physical person of legal age representing a hotel anywhere in the world.

This award will be presented to distinguish a communication campaign developed by a hotel group or a brand for its domestic and/or international market. It may include various communication tools: TV spots, radio, magazines, displays, Internet...
This award recognizes a marketing campaign or a single operation designed to support, promote, re-launch a hotel brand through innovative initiatives, tools and partnerships.
This award will be attributed to a new concept, new service or a particular initiative of a group, brand, or hotel which reflects the capacity of this sector to innovate and to renew itself. This concept presents a vision of comfort and/or a better quality of service for guests in terms of design, spatial planning, technology and services, conference rooms, etc.
BEST DIGITAL INNOVATION
This award will be attributed for the development of innovative digital tools to support direct hotel sales for the benefit of hotel groups and the promotion of their brands: websites, CRS, CRM, connected devices, digital services...
BEST INITIATIVE IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY
This award will be attributed to an initiative or program that shows a brand's or hotel group's commitment to sustainable development, fair trade and/or the social responsibility of the company towards local populations and staff, and/or tourist sites and natural resources.
This award will be attributed to a new concept, a new service, or an initiative by a hotel group / hotel brand or an independent hotel which demonstrates the industry’s ability to innovate and renew itself with complementary services (such as catering, bar, room-service, fitness and wellness, banqueting, etc.)
This award will recognize an exceptional product or service provided by a luxury hotel (4+ stars) that demonstrates its ability to invest in order to surprise and exceed the imaginations of the most demanding guests.
This award will be attributed to a program that reveals the exemplary nature of its human resources policy in terms of recruitment, new employee integration, diversity, career development, performance assessment, motivation of personnel, company spirit.
The Best General Manager will be selected according to the following criteria: management skills, business performance, human and social dimension, implication in the local community, professional recognition by peers and involvement in community life. Only a General Manager who is currently at the helm of a hotel may participate in this competition. The laureate will not be able to present another candidacy in the same category for the next 10 years.
BEST ICONIC EMPLOYEE
This award will go to an associate on the payroll of a hotel property who has left their mark on their trade thanks to an exemplary career, customer recognition, and the quality of their services.
