FASTPASS is the combination of three new digital services from NH Hotel Group that offer maximum control over the guest's stay: online check-in, room selection and online check-out. FASTPASS is the combination of three new digital services from NH Hotel Group that offer maximum control over the guest's stay: online check-in, room selection and online check-out.

These services are accessible via the NH APP application from mobile devices and from the website via any other device. They are also easy to use and allow guests to control their stay from start to finish. In addition, they are completely free of charge. 

For members of the NH Rewards Loyalty program, the use of FASTPASS will be even easier. They will be able to take advantage of the preloaded data to save time without having to fill out additional information.

The power to choose your room

For a truly personalized stay, the online check-in process includes the new "Choose your room" option, which allows the traveler to choose the one that suits him or her best. All he has to do is start by selecting his preferences: interior or exterior view, ideal bed size for a good night's sleep, and even whether he wants to take a bath or a shower. By choosing in advance, he guarantees himself a room where he will enjoy all the comforts offered.

Thanks to the view on the map, the traveler can also select the room of his or her choice even before arriving at the hotel.

The power to avoid queues with online check-in

With online check-in, the traveler can carry out the check-in procedure from 48 hours before his stay until 12 hours on the day of his arrival. 48 hours prior to arrival, the traveler will receive an email with a link to efficiently complete the online check-in process at the time and place of their choosing:

1) Fill in your personal information (or simply log in if you are a member of NH Rewards)

2) Choose your arrival time

3) Choose your room

4) Enter your payment details to guarantee your reservation

In some of the hotels there is a priority desk specially designed for guests who have chosen to check in online: simply check in and retrieve your room key.

This service is available now at most NH Hotels in Europe, and will soon be available worldwide.

The power to check out faster with online check-out

When it's time to check out of the hotel, the traveler can choose the online last day check-out service that gives the traveler full control over the time and schedule of their departure.

The day before departure, at 6 p.m., they will receive an email inviting them to place their order online if they are staying in one of the hotels located in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany or Spain.

All he has to do is carry out the procedure at his convenience in the comfort of his room: check details and fees, confirm payment information and select his departure time. He will receive his invoice immediately by e-mail, so that the information he needs is always at hand.

Once the departure time has arrived, the traveler simply needs to leave his key in the room and lock the door behind him. This way, they can continue their day without having to go through the reception desk.
