Lidl Voyages takes advantage of the application by selling travel services to their customers.
Netino by Webhelp and Lidl Voyages have teamed up to offer a system that allows Internet users to interact live with physical advisors specialized in travel.
This system aims to help travellers, guide them in their choices and accompany them during all stages of booking their trip via a button available directly on the lidl-voyages.fr website and on Facebook Messenger.
"This new tool allows us to create preference among Internet users and strengthen customer satisfaction," explains Mélanie Lemarchand, Head of Lidl Voyages. This type of service would be more and more popular and in the air of the time: "with the approach of the May holidays and summer holidays, we could notice a significant increase in traffic on our site and an increase in bookings, a trend which is also felt via Facebook Messenger".
