Event organizers continue to look to Hilton for solutions that simplify the complex task of hosting in-person and hybrid events in today's environment, including COVID-19 testing and health screenings. Throughout the pandemic, Hilton listened and responded to the needs of its customers.
As more customers book in-person meetings and events, there has been a steady increase in requests and questions around COVID-19 testing and screening options for event attendees.In response, we expanded the resources within our Hilton EventReady Playbook to include third-party providers that can deliver a seamless experience and offer preferential pricing to our event planners.

Beginning this month, Hilton event planning partners who book or have booked an event at any property in the U.S. will have access to the EventReady Playbook, which will include a list of third-party vendors who can offer a variety of COVID-19 tests and health screening options, including
- Portable temperature testing devices
- Personal health checklists
- COVID-19 self-diagnostic options
- Same-day, on-site COVID-19 testing.
COVID-19 testing and health screening options are presented to event planners as the latest evolution of EventReady with CleanStay, Hilton's global cleanliness and customer service program specific to meetings and events.
The list of vendors, as well as examples of possible combinations of the various options for event planners, will be included in the Wellness section of the EventReady Playbook. Introduced last summer and continually updated as needs change, the proprietary EventReady Playbook provides event planners with expert advice and select resources that address event planning solutions, including the recently expanded section on hybrid events.
