Founded in 2017, Easyway has developed an AI-based platform that is recognised for its impact in the hospitality sector with successful deployments in numerous properties across Europe and Asia. Easyway's generative AI has significantly improved hotel operations and guest interactions.
This strategic acquisition from Duve aims to combine Easyway's technological advances with Duve's personalisation and segmentation capabilities. The aim is to transform communication between hotels and guests, with a particular focus on improving customer satisfaction and supporting the hospitality industry in the face of workforce challenges.
Founded in 2016 by David Mezuman (CEO), Jeremy Atlan (Business Development Director) and Shai Bar (CTO), Duve provides a complete personalised customer experience solution for the hospitality industry. Working with over 150 integration partners, Duve aims to modernise the approach to customer experience in thousands of hotels and holiday rentals around the world. The platform was awarded 'Best Customer Experience Platform' by HotelTechReport in 2023.
