Job seekers can now submit their application to Deutsche Hospitality in just two minutes by picking up their smartphone and leaving a simple voice message.
The new system was made possible through a cooperation agreement with Heidelberg-based software development company Talk'n'Job.

The software is currently being tested at Steigenberger Hotel Munich, Steigenberger Grandhotel Handelshof Leipzig, Steigenberger Grandhotel & Spa Petersberg and IntercityHotel Stralsund before being rolled out across the group.
Talk'n'Job offers solutions for fast and efficient recruitment in just two minutes, through a voice-guided application chat that takes place on a smartphone. It is also able to process the digital data provided to create a meaningful profile of the candidate in question. This streamlines a normally lengthy and complex process and increases efficiency for both employers and candidates.
