In 2019, NASA will inaugurate its four capsules which will allow individuals to spend several days on the moon.

NASA is currently working to launch of six moon capsules to welcome private individuals who wish to stay on the Moon. Designed for one person, each capsule will offer a 12-meter square space including a gravity-free zone, a bed and necessary electronics. The clientele will also receive three meals space food each day and be able to choose an internet option.

The reservation process will be operated by the Bidroom.com platform which will offer three lengths of stay: 72h, 6 or 9 days, departing from Houston, Texas. Interested may sign up through a preliminary registration from June 2017 and pass medical tests at the NASA’s headquarters.
