Summary _ She is really proud of becoming a 4 Star Hotel, as Tryp Fenix in a 5 Star Luxuriuos Hotel as Gran Meliá Fénix (Premium Brand of MHI). As well, it is an honour for her to get into the prestigious Leading Hotels of the World Association and to keep its strict quality standards during 9 years._ Recently, we have become part of FHR Programme by Amex Platinum and Centurion cardholders clients._ At the beginning of this year, we have been rewarded the trust of our customers by our city (Madrid Excelente Award)._ During my career, she has had the pleasure to train eight PDI promotions of current and future General Managers._ In the medium term her challenge is to maintain the current situation of the Hotel trying to improve economic performance (for example: F&B results as a Join Venture with celebrity chef and bartender in Spain) and quality results.
