Kerzner International has announced plans to open its first SIRO property in Dubai at the end of next year. The brand will offer wellbeing and fitness-focussed hotels, each customised to the destination in which it is located.
SIRO One Za’abeel will be located inside one of the two high-rise towers that form Dubai’s One Za’abeel site, which is currently being developed by Ithra. The hotel will offer views over the city’s skyline. A One&Only property is also present in the development, its clients will have access to SIRO's facilities.
Holistic fitness and wellbeing programmes will be designed for each guest including an optional 3D body scan to collect personalised data. The brand has recruited international stars and sports teams to act as advisors for the development of SIRO’s programmes. "Team SIRO" includes AC Milan, Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, and boxer Ramla Ali.
Guestrooms in the hotel will feature smart Aero Plush mattresses, recovery wardrobes, and smart curtains to boost restorative sleep. The SIRO app alarm can be set to the guest’s circadian rhythm to combat jet lag and ensure more restful sleep.
The SIRO experience is based on five key pillars: fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and mindfulness. The property will boast a two-floor fitness club with a 1,000 m² gym and spaces for yoga, meditation, and group movement classes. It will also offer facilities for strength and conditioning, cardio, weightlifting, cycling, boxing, Pilates, and HIIT studios.
Its dedicated Recovery Lab will provide cutting-edge technologies, cryo, infrared and oxygen therapies, physiotherapy, acupuncture and stretching. Mindfulness coaches, specialist trainers, technicians, and nutrition experts will also be at guests’ disposition.
Its F&B options are set to consist of on-site restaurants serving locally-sourced and seasonal organic meals.
