The hotel owner and operator continues its French expansion by announcing the addition of two hotels in the Paris region to its portfolio.
Located in the Val-d'Oise department, the two hotels were acquired with a majority stake and are both located in an important business zone. These two acquisitions add 123 rooms to the operator's portfolio. It now stands at 50 addresses, with 8 majority-owned and 42 minority-owned properties.
The Mercure Cergy-Pontoise Centre is a four-star hotel with 57 rooms, 2 seminar rooms and a bar. The ibis Budget Cergy Saint-Christophe is a two-star hotel located in a business park and features 66 rooms.
