Rosewood has announced new senior arrivals in its US and UK leadership teams. Frederic Vidal has been appointed Vice-President of Operations for the Americas and Patrick Graham is the new Hotel Manager of the luxury brand’s London property.
In his new position, Frederic Vidal will be responsible for Rosewood’s commercial business in North and South America. The graduate from Ecole de Savignac boasts over 24 years’ experience in the hospitality sector. He started out at Le Meridien Bali before becoming General Manager of Thermes Marins de Monte-Carlo SBM in 2003. He moved to MAIA Luxury Resort & Spa as its General Manager in 2006 and held the role for 7 years. Vidal was then appointed Managing Director of Yosh Hospitality in 2013. He joined Rosewood the following year as Managing Director of Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort. He was first promoted to the role of Regional Vice-President – Managing Director at the brand in 2019, before his latest promotion last month.
Patrick Graham will manage the teams, marketing, and other key services at Rosewood London in his role as Hotel Manager. He got his first hospitality experience in 2004 as a Bartender at The Fox & Goose Hotel. In just over a year at the property he rose first to Bar Manager then Hotel Duty Manager. Between 2005 and 2008, he held various managerial positions at Millennium Hotels and Resorts, including Telecommunications & Business Centre Manager. Graham then joined Claridge’s as Duty Manager and afterwards Reception Manager from 2008 to 2012. He spent nearly 6 years at The Bulgari Hotel & Residences, London, and was also Director of Operations at Simit Sarayı between 2017 and 2019. His most recent role was that of Hotel Manager of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, prior to that he was the property’s Director of Rooms.
Frederic has established himself as an invaluable member of the team since joining the group in 2014. I am thrilled to see him take on this exciting new role within our organisation and know he will continue to set new standards.
