The American group were selected by The Red Sea Development Company, who have been tasked with developing The Red Sea Project. Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will manage the ultra-luxury hotel located on Shura Island.
Rosewood Red Sea will feature 149 guest rooms and suites. Its offer for guests will also include three restaurants, two lounges, a Manor Club and a space containing additional food options. Furthermore, Rosewood Red Sea will boast event facilities, a well-being centre, a gym, two exercise studios and a dedicated yoga space.
The opening will be part of phase one of The Red Sea development, a multi-complex site that has been designed to boost Saudi Arabia’s cultural and lifestyle destinations. The completed development is slated to house a yacht club, commercial centres, restaurants and an 18-hole championship golf course. It is expected to be fully completed in 2030 and will consist of 22 islands and 5 inland sites.
