Marriott Bonvoy’s extended-stay hotel brand is set to open its newest British aparthotel in the centre of Manchester. The April opening will bring Residence Inn by Marriott’s UK portfolio to five properties.

Residence Inn by Marriott Manchester Piccadilly will provide 155 studios and one-bedroom apartments. The pet-friendly lodgings will feature separate living and sleeping areas, as well as fully functional kitchens.

Additional amenities will include a coffee shop, a bar, self-service communal laundry facilities, a 24/7 fitness centre, meeting spaces, two retail outlets, and an outdoor seating area.

The aparthotel will be housed inside a refurbished serviced apartments building. It will be located 10 minutes’ walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and near to the city’s lively Northern Quarter.
