
The first Chinese group in the ranking retains its place as runner-up with an increase in its hotel supply of around +3.10%, i.e. the smallest growth on the podium. Growth was driven by the dynamism of Radisson Hotel Group and Louvre Hotels Group, with a strong focus on the European market.

Jin Jiang recorded the lowest growth of the top 3, +3.10%, yet added 37,337 keys to its global portfolio (inc. Radisson Hotel Group in the scope controlled by Jin Jiang in 2022 and 2023, excluding single distribution/affiliated rooms [Hotels & Preferences, Tempting Places]). Its network also welcomes 551 new hotels, enabling the group to pass the milestone of 12,000 hotels operated worldwide.
Jin Jiang is strengthening its footprint in the EMEA region through the Radisson and Louvre Hotels groups. At the micro level, Jin Jiang stabilised in the Netherlands but exploded in Belgium where it became the new number 2. Growth is also visible throughout Europe, particularly in Southern Europe thanks to Radisson, which has announced record growth in Greece in 2022 and which aims to triple its presence in Spain by 2027.
Radisson also has a vision for the APAC region, with an ambitious expansion plan to grow 400% in the region by 2025. The plan builds on existing initiatives to tap into China's potential with Jin Jiang and its subsidiaries, including the 7 Days and Metropolo brands.
At the same time, the group is unveiling a new conversion brand in the upper mid-range limited service segment. Called Radisson Inn & Suites, the brand is designed to offer owners flexible models to increase the profitability of hotels located in airports, metropolitan areas and mixed development communities.
Louvre Hotels Group is not to be outdone, having recently signed its 500th project in China under the Campanile brand. The group's ambition is to consolidate and expand all three brands, Campanile, Kyriad and Golden Tulip, in the region. In Europe, the group plans to open 150 properties, 30 of which will be long-stay properties...
