Radisson Blu Resort, Ostróda Mazury

Radisson Hotel Group has expanded its Polish portfolio with the opening of its first Radisson Blu Resort in the northern town of Ostróda.

Radisson Blu Resort & Conference Center, Ostróda Mazury sits directly on Lake Drwęca in the Masurian Lake District. It boasts 238 guestrooms, ranging from superior rooms to suites overlooking the lake. The property’s design combines contemporary style with natural materials. Accent elements and designer furniture marry materials like wood and stone across the hotel’s interiors.

The lake has a large sandy beach, as well as a promenade and a marina where guests can partake in a variety of leisure activities. The nearby Elbląg Canal leads to Lake Jeziorak, where guests can enjoy boat trips or sailing. Local attractions, including the 14th century Ostróda Castle where Napoleon Bonaparte briefly resided, are easily accessible from the property.

The hotel itself also features a varied leisure offer, including an aqua park with a sports pool, water slides, and a shallow pool. The hotel also contains a bowling alley and a game room, as well as a spa complete with twelve treatment rooms, a VIP zone, and several steam rooms.

In terms of business seminars and events, Radisson Blu Resort & Conference Center, Ostróda Mazury offers over 2,300 m² of dedicated space, including an Auditorium Hall, four function rooms, seven conference rooms, and a modulable foyer.

The F&B offer consists of two restaurants, a bar, and a lobby bar. The Grus Restaurant provides a menu of international, as well as traditional local dishes. The Stoke Restaurant serves up steakhouse-style food grilled over an open flame.

The hotel is situated close to Ostróda’s city centre and train station. A 90-minute drive will allow guests to reach the nearest international airport, Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport.

The opening of Radisson Blu Resort & Conference Center, Ostróda Mazury creates new leisure and conference opportunities for the Warmia-Masuria region. For many years, I have been a ‘Yes I Can!’ trainer for new Radisson Hotel Group employees. I am proud to be opening this new hotel and leading the team by example by bringing to life this important brand philosophy.
