Radisson Hotel Group has unveiled plans to introduce its first Hotel & Serviced Apartments in the UK. With Glasgow chosen as the inaugural location, the property is anticipated to open its doors in 2027.
The proposed site, located at 90/96 Maxwell Street and 40 Fox Street, currently hosts a derelict former warehouse building, set to undergo a transformation into an accommodation and leisure destination.
Positioned in Glasgow's city center, the property enjoys proximity to the River Clyde and is located within walking distance of shopping districts, dining establishments, and cultural attractions. Yet, it also provides easy access to Scotland's landscapes.
Concerning its amenities, there will be a rooftop bar and lounge, a ground-floor restaurant, an equipped gym and meeting spaces to accommodate events and gatherings.
