The independent hotel brand announced the addition of 30new member properties to its global portfolio between April and June 2024.
The new properties joining Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio range from an adults-only all-inclusive resort to a preserved historic villa, spanning regions such as South Africa, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, and the Dominican Republic.
These additions include:
- Boutique Hotel Stresa – L.V.X Collection, a 250-year-old villa called “Casa d’Oro”, or “House of Gold”, situated in Italy in a town known as the Pearl of Lake Maggiore. The hotel features 30 accommodations, ranging from 26 spacious suites to four private spa suites, multiple dining options and amenities, including a rooftop bar featuring panoramic views of the Borromean Islands and a solarium with an infinity pool.
- Only YOU Hotel Sevilla – L.V.X Collection, a recently opened hotel in the heart of the Andalusian capital. The redefined urban hotel comprises 209 guestrooms and suites and an outdoor oasis called LIMBO Cocktail & Pool.
Other member properties to join the portfolio include Bluesun Hotel Maestral (Brela, Croatia) – Lifestyle Collection, HOTEL EXCELSIOR SPA & LIDO (Pesaro, Italy) – Lifestyle Collection, Sesimbra Oceanfront Hotel (Sesimbra, Portugal) – Lifestyle Collection and The Lodge (Verbier, Switzerland) – Legend Collection.

The portfolio of the brans grew steadily since the beginning of the year with several additions in April, and the expansion of the strategic partnership with Virgin to add nine Virgin Limited Edition properties to the Legend Collection recently.
