The Pavilions Rome, The First Musica will open its doors on 1st July 2022. The luxury boutique hotel will constitute the group’s third address in The Eternal City and bring its total of properties to 11 across Europe and Asia.
Located by the Tiber in a building originally designed by architect Mario Docci, the new hotel will open following renovation work carried out by Studio Marincola. Its interior will boast Loro Piana fabrics and Calacatta marble. 24 rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows, brass accents and modern artwork will accommodate guests.
The hotel’s Oliva restaurant will serve up Roman and regional classics and provide an indoor and outdoor dining experience for guests. The Alto rooftop bar will include a varied offering of cocktails, fine wines, and Italian and international cuisine, accompanied by special live music events and DJ sets.
From September 2022, an underground spa will open for guest use. It will boast an indoor pool and wellness area featuring two treatment rooms for massages and beauty sessions.
Alongside the two existing Roman properties, the new hotel will form a triptych named The First Roma. From Chef Daniele Lippi’s tasting menu at The First Arte’s Michelin-starred Acquolina to its artwork, and The First Dolce’s VELO restaurant, guests will be able to discover what is on offer in each of the three hotels.
