Omnam Group has a portfolio of operated and in-development luxury and lifestyle hotels across Europe that includes W Rome, Four Seasons Puglia, Baccarat Hotel Florence, Britannia Hotel in Lake Como and Kimpton POST in Rotterdam. Mohari Hospitality is a global investment platform focussed on the luxury sector, its portfolio features assets like Centro Canalejas Madrid (Four Seasons), Riviera Dining Group (Mila Miami) and the Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection.
Omnam and Mohari’s partnership is already in full motion with new project announcements expected in autumn 2022 and J. Allen Smith of Mohari Hospitality having joined Omnam’s board. The announcement will not affect Omnam’s existing capital collaborations, such as their 2021 venture with Bain Capital to develop the former Hotel Britannia Excelsior in Lake Como.
