The group has announced the opening of the Nice Riviera hotel, the first under its Appart'Hotel & Suites brand.
The Nice Riviera hotel will comprise 119 units, including rooms, studios and 2-bedroom apartments able to host up to four people. All are fully equipped and furnished in a modern and comfortable manner.
The hotel also has a rooftop, a sauna, a gym, a whirlpool and 2 heated pools, both indoor and outdoor.
Located on the Promenade des Anglais, the hotel is close to the Arénas business district and 10 minutes from the city's beaches. Its location also provides easy access to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
In line with Nemea's policy of territorial commitment, the establishment will contribute to Nice’s economic activity. The group is setting up partnerships with local craftspeople, shopkeepers, producers and guides, and is recruiting employees from the local area as a priority.
