Centaurus Hospitality Management continues to grow its 5* Maison Albar Hotels collection with the construction of a new property in Tourcoing. The announcement follows the addition of a new address in Rome to the group's portfolio.
The luxury hotel is scheduled to open in 2026. Located in the former Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Maison Albar Hotels - Hauts-de-France will offer a high-end destination for travellers from the north of France as well as the entire Benelux region. The architect Marcelo Joulia/Naço Architectures will be responsible for the design of the hotel.
It will boast a brasserie, a gourmet restaurant, a spa, villas, a secret garden, a seminar room and a wellness room. In addition, a student residence will be integrated into the hotel for principally students of the EcoSup hotel school.
As a hotel group, we also have a societal role to play in all our projects. Three issues were integrated into the installation of Maison Albar Hotels in Tourcoing: the attractiveness and influence of the city, the maintenance and integration of an institution such as the EcoSup school, as well as the contribution of an additional economic activity with the student residence.
