Leonardo Hotels expanded their presence in Rome with the acquisition of Hotel Cicerone Rome, set to undergo renovations and reemerge as NYX Hotel Rome by Leonardo Hotels.

Nestled in the Prati neighborhood, the hotel offers access to Rome's renowned attractions such as Castel Sant'Angelo, St. Peter's Square, and the Spanish Steps.

Featuring nearly 300 rooms across eight floors, along with dining options, a courtyard terrace, and meeting facilities, NYX Hotel Rome aims to cater to both leisure and business travelers. Currently undergoing refurbishment, the hotel is expected to reopen in early 2025 boasting a designed lobby and a NYX bar and restaurant.

"We are delighted to have been awarded the contract for this traditional hotel in this desirable location in the centre of Rome. With our first NYX hotel in Rome, we are set for further expansion in beautiful Italy," “I’d like to thank BPM Bank and especially Mr. Ivano Asti for their professional cooperation in completing this deal," - Yoram Biton, Managing Director, Leonardo Hotels Central Europe.
