Interhome Group expands its business model to include long-term flat rentals

The group is now offering the long-term rental of 20 holiday flats in the “LocTowers” in Locarno, Switzerland.

The Swiss holiday home rental company has expanded its business. Previously, it only rented out private flats and houses for varying lengths of time. From 1st July 2022, its offer will be extended to long-term rentals in new-builds.

For its first project, the group has signed multi-year leases for 20 flats in the “LocTowers”. It is responsible for renting and marketing the holiday flats, as well as for their interior design. The towers are located on the shores of Lake Maggiore, close to the centre of Locarno.

The Local Service Office of the Canton of Ticino is also moving into the "LocTowers". The service will offer customers to the area the possibility to collect their keys directly from the new premises and to benefit from a personalised service.

This new type of cooperation for Interhome Group offers added value to our business partners and customers, as well as to the tourist destination itself. We look forward to investing further in such projects in the future.
