Ikos Odisia will be a 5-star all-inclusive resort on the bay of Dassia. It will constitute the company’s sixth overall property and its second on the island of Corfu.
The resort will have 395 guestrooms, suites, bungalows and villas to accommodate its guests. Those staying in the Deluxe Collection Suites will also enjoy a personalised service and other benefits. Additional resort facilities will include sports facilities, ten heated outdoor and indoor swimming pools for children and adults, and a 420 m sandy beach.
Greek and international cuisine prepared by Michelin-starred chefs will make up the resort’s all-inclusive F&B offer. It will also boast a wine list consisting of 300 local and international wines. This all-inclusive model will further extend to select restaurants in the locality and dinner during a private boat trip.
24-hour room service, spa treatments by Anne Semonin, babysitting services and a kids club will be available to guests. The Local Drive Adventure service will provide complimentary car rental and free museum tickets in order to allow guests to explore the island.
Of the 700 new jobs created by the resort, at least 50% will be covered by local workers. Designed by Nimand Architects, Ikos Odisia will also promote sustainable practices such as carbon-neutral and zero-waste initiatives as part of the Ikos Green programme.
