Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort began the first phase of its opening in early June 2023. The hotel is Hyatt’s very first in Montenegro and is owned and operated by Krolbay d.o.o. Podgorica.
Once the final touches are completed, the upscale property will boast 205 eco-consciously designed guestrooms. Their design features natural hues and a blue-accented design colour palette.
Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort is set to offer three restaurants and three bars. The à la carte Restaurant Lighthouse uses fresh ingredients from the local region and is inspired by Kotor’s Mediterranean setting.
Blue Restaurant will serve up local and international dishes and, finally, Hedonist Rooftop Restaurant will offer modern interpretations of traditional Balkan fare.
The property’s leisure and well-being offer includes two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a fitness centre, a yoga and Pilates space, and a spa.
Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort’s additional amenities include private waterfront access and events spaces capable of hosting up to 160 guests.
The Balkan region serves as a driving force for the rapid growth of the hospitality industry, and our Hyatt Regency brand is strategically positioned to enter emerging markets. We are honoured to work with Krolbay d.o.o. Podgorica to bring our resort experience to one of Europe’s most rapidly developing destinations.
Takuya Aoyama, Vice-President for Development at Hyatt
