Hyatt Hotels Corporation today announced the acquisition of the Me and All Hotels brand from Lindner Hotels AG to drive expansion in European markets. The move follows Hyatt's 2022 strategic collaboration with Lindner, which has already strengthened Hyatt's presence in Germany and Europe. The transaction closed on 28 June 2024.

The Me and All Hotels brand, launched in 2016 as an urban lifestyle arm of Lindner Hotels & Resorts, currently has six properties totalling more than 1,000 rooms in key cities across Germany. These hotels are already part of the World of Hyatt loyalty programme. With this acquisition, Me and All Hotels will become a standalone brand within Hyatt's lifestyle portfolio, which has grown rapidly, quintupling its room count between 2017 and 2023.

The Me and All Hotels portfolio includes major openings, with hotels in Berlin (2024), Hamburg, Leipzig and Stuttgart (2026). These projects will add a further 1,000 rooms, and development agreements are underway to extend the brand beyond Germany. Me and All Hotels is known for its high customer satisfaction and its transformational, upscale lifestyle development model, facilitating rapid expansion across Europe and beyond.

Me and All Hotels focus on sustainability and combine check-in areas, bars, lounges and workspaces. The 'local heroes' concept integrates local partners in various fields to offer sustainable experiences and products.

Under the name Lindner Hotel Group, Lindner Hotels AG manages 34 hotels under four distinct brands in eight European countries and the United States, with a further six hotels under construction. By 2024, the group expects sales of around €330 million. The recent inclusion of holiday properties such as 7Pines Resorts and SCHLOSS Roxburghe in Scotland under the Destination by Hyatt collection is further evidence of the group's continued expansion. Founded in 1973 by Otto Lindner, Lindner Hotels AG is managed by Arno Schwalie (CEO), Stefanie Brandes (COO) and Frank Lindner (CTO). The group, still owned by the Lindner family, continues to distinguish itself through its innovative approach and commitment to exceptional hotel experiences.

Earlier in the year, Lindner Hotel Group merged with 12.18. Group, taking over the operation of five hotels to strengthen its portfolio and collaboration with Hyatt, while 12.18. focused on the property business. The merger broadened LHG's international reach, adding more than 1,000 rooms and forecasting sales of €330 million by 2024.

“The Lindner team has built an incredible brand with me and all hotels, and we believe the brand has great potential for expansion across Europe and other global markets. Our collaboration with Lindner was a significant step forward for our distribution in the EAME region, expanding our brand footprint and offering many new locations to our 46 million World of Hyatt members. We look forward to driving further growth for Hyatt’s lifestyle portfolio with me and all hotels – together with Lindner as well as other development partners and franchisees, across Europe and beyond.” -  Felicity Black-Roberts, SVP Development EAME, Hyatt

“We are thrilled to deepen our successful collaboration and shift into high-growth gear for me and all hotels, backed by Hyatt’s global distribution engine. The combination of the successful work we have done to launch and position the brand in Germany, its vibrant pipeline, and the potential for growth as part of Hyatt makes us confident that what has become a beloved lifestyle brand in Germany will soon shine on the global stage.” - Arno Schwalie, Chief Executive Officer, Lindner
