On 20th April 2022, an extraordinary general meeting unanimously approved the transformation of Huttopia from a public limited company with a board of directors to a public limited company with a supervisory board and management board. On the same occasion Stéphane Duc was appointed Chairman of the Management Board by the new Supervisory Board.
Philippe Bossanne, Huttopia's founder and CEO, will chair the Supervisory Board. Its members were appointed by the participants of the general meeting, and it will define the company's overall strategy, among other responsibilities.
A graduate of the Ecole supérieure de commerce de Rouen (Neoma Business School), François Duc joined Huttopia as Associate Managing Director in charge of Operations. Since his arrival in 2005, the company has expanded in Europe and its portfolio has grown from 7 campsites to nearly 90 by 2022.
Alongside Stéphane Duc, the new Management Board will include Jean-François Barral (HR and Work Culture Director), Michel Durrieu (International and Development Director), Olivier Heck (Marketing and Sales Director) and Sébastien Roussellet (Administration and Finance Director).
The Management Board will be responsible for continuing to structure the company in order to promote its development throughout the world. In addition, it will ensure the day-to-day management of Huttopia and the implementation of the corporate strategy defined by the Supervisory Board.

After launching the "Tous Associés" programme in 2020 and then expanding our executive committee in 2021, the establishment of the Management Board in 2022 is the final step in the latest evolution of Huttopia's governance. This will enable us to look forward with confidence to the strong post-covid development phase that lies ahead in France and internationally.
