This rebranding, including a change of name, comes 11 years after the creation of the THe Hotels chain, which now has a new, more modern and professional image.
The chain was created in 2012, under the name Total Hotel Experience (Hoteles THe), from three hotels of the Martinón Group (Grumasa S.L.) and two hotels of the Germán Suárez Group.
At Fitur 2023, it revealed its name change and the rebranding of its various brands, which are now Livvo Hotels, Livvo Urban Hotels and Livvo Apartments.
The situation we have experienced over the last few years has not only allowed us to mature and consolidate as a company, but it has also served as a starting point for us to embark on a rebranding that would allow us to identify ourselves as a company and how our customers perceive us, in order to continue to grow towards a differentiating value proposition in our sector.

The Livvo Hotel Group currently has 30 properties and over 2,000 rooms in Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Fuerteventura, as well as Cape Verde. The aim now is to continue to grow under different models with new owners.
