Located in the Izvoare resort near Baia Mare in Maramureș county, Hilton group concluded to a franchise partnership with Izvoare Resort with a scheduled opening in 2029.

The new resort will offer 141 rooms, three restaurants, and facilities for meetings and social events with a capacity of up to 600 people. Additionally, the resort will feature ski facilities and a mountain treatment center.

The winsed.swiss group facilitated the franchise agreement and will manage the hotel upon its opening.
