Les Hauts de Milady welcomes tourists and business travellers. It is the group's second establishment in the Basque Country.
Combining tourism and hotel, the residence has flats ranging from studios to three-roomed apartments able to accommodate 2 to 6 people. It also features outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam, a gym and a solarium with a panoramic view.
Les Hauts de Milady is located next to the beach and the city centre of Biarritz. The Cité de l'Océan, the Thalamar Thalasso centre, the Ilbaritz golf course, the Aquarium and conference centres are also all situated near to the residence.
The attractiveness of Biarritz gives us the opportunity to spread our activity throughout the year thanks to two types of client: tourists at weekends and during the school holidays, and professionals travelling during the week. We therefore naturally chose to offer a mixed residence (tourism/hotel) to optimise the occupancy rate. This configuration also gives us the opportunity to develop our conference offer.
