greet Annecy is the second establishment in France belonging to Accor's eco-responsible brand. Formerly operating under the ibis Budget brand, the hotel was acquired by the Grape Hospitality group in 2016.
49 "POP" rooms, the greet brand's signature identity, provide accommodation for guests. They focus on upcycling and are furnished with salvaged items and reappropriated objects such as former ski equipment turned into benches, coat hooks and lighting.
Upcycling and recuperation are the order of the day all over the greet Annecy hotel. Its lobby, just like its rooms, has been redesigned in accordance with these two eco-responsible concepts by local firm Aimo.
The architects worked in collaboration with Atelier Emmaüs and Aménagerie to give the hotel a local character and anchorage, all whilst promoting a more responsible and economical style of hotel.
The hotel also has a restaurant and a second terrace to enhance its hosting capacity. The restaurant offers local charcuterie and cheese, as well as tartiflette, jams and home-made juices.
