The five-star resort and spa opened on the island of Corfu under AMR Collection’s Dreams Resorts & Spas brand. Hotel Investment Partners invested €29.2 million to renovate and refurbish the property, which partially reopened under its new branding in late July 2022.
Once fully open in 2023, Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa will boast 337 guestrooms, of which 203 will be Preferred Club level. Since late July, 235 rooms have already opened and are available for reservations. Of this number, 50 are part of the Preferred Club category.
Additional amenities will include an infinity pool, five eateries, a lobby bar, a beach bar, an entertainment space and a spa with indoor and outdoor facilities. A private pier will also offer guests the chance to participate in a wide range of water sports and activities.
Financing for the works carried out on the former Corcyra Beach hotel is being provided by Alpha Bank.
