Hob Orelle will open its doors in 2024 at the foot of the Val Thorens resort, in the commune of Orelle-Les Trois-Vallées.
A 'Hob' is a mixture of a hotel and a hostel and is the unique travel solution proposed by EVI HOB. The new property will add to the company's current portfolio of three open Hobs.
Hob Orelle will have around 20 rooms, a rooftop terrace, a restaurant serving local products and a bar.
Hobs are designed to be environmentally friendly, inclusive, responsible and active in the local economy. The announcement of the construction of the Hob Orelle follows a year and a half of study and reflection by all the stakeholders involved in the project.
Julien Haase of the AER ARCHITECTES agency will design the Hob. Its construction will be 100% financed by the commune of Orelle-Les Trois-Vallées with the aim of revitalising its territory.
