AccorInvest has announced the appointment of Damien Leveillé Nizerolle as Group Chief Investment Officer. He will also join the group's Executive Committee.
Damien Leveillé Nizerolle will help to prepare the hotel owner and operator for future growth plans following its strong operating performance in 2022. The 50-year-old has over 20 years' experience in investments and property disposals.
A graduate of the Rouen Notary School and holder of a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Sciences Po Paris, he began his career at Ségécé in 2001. Between 2001 and 2006, he worked as an International Development Legal Expert at the Klépierre subsidiary.
Damien Leveillé Nizerolle joined Unibail-Rodamco in 2007 as Head of Legal. Seven years later, he was promoted to the position of Group Director Investment / Divestment.
In this role, he led several large-scale international transactions. These included the group's acquisition of Westfield. He left Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in June 2023 to join AccorInvest.
I am delighted to be joining AccorInvest to help consolidate its European leadership and its unique positioning as a hotel investor and operator in the economy and midscale segments. As a member of the Executive Committee and head of Asset Management, I intend to put all my experience in property asset management at the service of the group's ambitious portfolio consolidation plan and its ESG commitments.
