COMO Group will open its latest property in the heart of one of France’s most renowned wine regions. The hotel will open its doors on 15th April 2023.
COMO Le Montrachet will be located in the village of Puligny-Montrachet, Burgundy. The hotel will be housed across three historic buildings arranged around the village square. It will take up residence in the restored Le Montrachet, a 19th century ‘place du village’ inn.
The hotel will boast 30 guestrooms and suites and be overseen by General Manager Florian Bonnin. It has been designed by Paola Navone and features a colour palette inspired by the local region, as well as custom-made furnishings.
On 6th April, Le Montrachet Restaurant will reopen under the guidance of Executive Chef Romain Versino. It will serve up seasonal fare using ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
COMO Le Montrachet will offer guests easy access to numerous Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. The property’s sommelier, André Berthier, will lead guests on private wine tastings and trips to local wineries.
What differentiates COMO as a global lifestyle brand is our ability to develop our brand presence in truly unique locations. This is the case with COMO Le Montrachet.
