Centaurus Hospitality Management has secured new management contracts for 2024, continuing its growth as a comprehensive management company for hotel owners.
The company, which offers a full range of support functions including operations, customer experience, sales, and digital marketing, has signed agreements for Maison Cassandre and Maison Albar - Amoure in Paris. Maison Cassandre, managed on behalf of the NOVAXIA investment fund, will open in February 2024, while Maison Albar - Amoure, managed for an individual owner, will open in June 2024.
Centaurus Hospitality Management, formerly known as Paris Inn Group, boasts nearly 20 years of expertise in the hotel industry. In 2023, properties under its management achieved an annual occupancy rate of 78.3%, with Paris properties reaching 89.1%. The average room rate was €216.9, with a RevPAR of €168.1, reflecting an 8.62% increase compared to 2022.
