ATENOR and Ennismore have announced the signing of a new TRIBE property in the FORT 7 project, near Warsaw Chopin Airport. The brand already has 50 establishments in its portfolio and harbours rapid growth ambitions for the next 5 years across Europe, South America and Asia.
TRIBE Warsaw Airport will be a sustainable hotel development with simple, functional, contemporary, and design-driven spaces inside ATENOR’s FORT 7 project. It will boast 266 rooms and be operated by Ennismore.
FORT 7 will be a modern, multifunctional, sustainable project located in the Polish capital’s Włochy district, close to the airport. Spread over 200,000 m², it will contain roughly 5.5 ha of green spaces and the lake area of the Fort Zbarż. The first phase of its opening will be designed by JEMS Architekci and include the hotel as well as three office properties. The final phases will see the creation of developments providing for retail, education, private rental services and residential uses.
We’re extremely excited TRIBE will be part of FORT 7, as it’s deep rooted in sustainability, which matches with TRIBE’s ethos of simple, functional, and non-wasteful. We look forward to opening the doors, and welcoming both local and international guests to enjoy the beautifully designed and carefully considered lobby, rooms and restaurants and bars.
François Leclerc, Deputy Brand COO for TRIBE at Ennismore
ATENOR's Sustainable Policy to sustainable architecture and construction, and the resulting reliance on the highest quality standards, allow us to shape the urban landscape in Warsaw and create a new city quarter focussed on the needs of Fort 7 occupiers and residents. We believe the collaboration with Ennismore will be the basis to provide for a unique living and work area by offering large variety of services within walking distance of this upcoming new area of Warsaw.
