Archer Hotel Capital, has recently completed the acquisition of two hotels, The Hoxton Shoreditch and The Hoxton Holborn, purchased from Norlake Hospitality, with a deal valued at approximately £215 million.
The acquired properties include the 210-room Hoxton Shoreditch and the 220-room Hoxton Holborn. Despite the change in ownership, both hotels will continue to be managed by Ennismore.

Throughout the acquisition process, Archer Hotel Capital was advised by a group of experts, including Hogan Lovells, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, TFT Consultants, Lockton, and Howden M&A.
The collection of Archer Hotel Capital includes hotels such as the Hotel Arts Barcelona, the Westin Palace in Madrid and the Conrad Dublin among others.
