Hilton has appointed Anne-Marie D’Angelo as its Executive Vice-President and General Counsel. She joined the hospitality company on 15th September and reports directly to Christopher J. Nassetta, President and CEO.

Anne-Marie D’Angelo graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 2001, since then she has garnered over 20 years’ legal experience in large multi-national companies. She began her career in 2000 as an Associate at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella.

After four years at the law firm, she joined McDonald’s in late 2004. Over a nearly 13-year career at the fast-food franchisor, D’Angelo progressed her way up through the ranks from General Counsel in the East Division to Assistant U.S. General Counsel.

Between 2017 and 2021, she held senior legal roles at Global Brass & Copper Inc., then NiSource. D’Angelo joined Molson Coors Beverage Company at the end of 2021 as Chief Legal & Government Affairs Officer. In this capacity, she acted as chief legal advisor to the CEO, board of directors, and executive leadership team.

She succeeds Kristin Campbell, who announced her retirement from the position of General Counsel after a 12-year career at Hilton. In addition to her new positions, Anne-Marie D’Angelo will also serve as a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
