Adagio has provided further information regarding the eleven new additions to its portfolio set for this year. The aparthotel operator will open new properties in Belgium, France, Italy, the UK, and Germany, as well as making its debut in Côte d’Ivoire.

The eleven openings will take place over the course of the current year.

Quarter 1 openings:

Adagio Original Antwerp City Centre, Belgium
The 100-key property will share a multi-use complex with offices, stores, and apartments.

Adagio Original Gent - Centrum Dampoort, Belgium
Designed to be a meeting place within the neighbourhood for guests, residents, and co-workers alike, the new Adagio will propose 98 apartments and studios for two to four people.

Adagio Access Montpellier Centre Comédie, France
The 39-apartment property will be run in partnership with a 3* hotel.

Adagio Access Lyon, Comfort Suites Rive Gauche Lyon Centre, France
Located in the university area, the establishment will boast 78 studios and apartments, as well as The Circle hybrid concept.

Quarter 2 opening:

Adagio Original Toulouse - La Grave, France
The property will boast 114 two-bedroom flats and studios. In honour of the locality, it will sport a pink tone in its interior design. Following the Urban Nest Concept, it is integrated into a mixed-use complex of flats, shops, and offices.

Quarter 3 openings:

Adagio Original Boulogne-Billancourt, France
The 101-room establishment will offer guests easy access to Parc des Princes football stadium and Jean Bouin rugby stadium.

Adagio Original Abidjan Marcory, Ivory Coast
The brand’s first sub-Saharan aparthotel will boast 100 studios and flats, with shared pools.

Quarter 4 openings:

Adagio Access Rome Colombo, Italy
Located in a business district, the property will offer 106 studios and flats, as well as The Circle concept and a green, outdoor space.

Adagio Access Rouen - Centre, France
The combined Adagio and Novotel project will see the creation of 78 studios and apartments.

Adagio Original London Whitechapel, United Kingdom
147 studios and flats, including Co-living Apartments, will make up the property’s lodging offer. They are the first Co-living Apartments outside the concept’s pilot project.

Adagio Original Heidelberg, Germany
The new Adagio Original flagship in Europe will boast 162 studios and flats offering the Smart House Concept.
