Accor have announced the future addition of a new Fairmont property in Dubai, in partnership with RSG Group of Companies. The hotel will be the brand’s third in the city and its seventh in the UAE when it opens its doors in 2024.
Fairmont Dubai Skyline will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road and stand at 54 floors. The 226 m high tower will boast 181 guestrooms and suites as well as 121 residences of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments and a full-floor penthouse. It will offer clients views over local landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters and Ain Dubai.
Accor has not yet released precise information on the property’s F&B&E offer; however, it is expected to provide culinary experiences and entertainment that will span morning to late night, from the ground floor to the 54th.
The exterior of the building will feature asymmetric balconies, which will light up at night with a spiralling 4.5 km lighting system to create the illusion of movement. Its interiors will be conceived by a range of renowned designers, including Kristina Zanic Consultants.
This is a true milestone for us in the region and for Fairmont Hotel and Resorts to introduce such a unique building in one of the most vibrant locations in the world. Through its distinct presence and unique architecture, the property will not only become an iconic Fairmont, but a landmark in Dubai.
