Accor Southern Europe has signed a management agreement to open a Fairmont Hotel & Residences property. The project will be developed by Millenium Hospitality Group and operated by Odyssey Hotel Group, once open.
Fairmont La Hacienda is expected to debut within 12 months, with a full opening planned for Easter 2024. It will comprise 323 keys, including a hotel and villas. 153 hotel rooms with 3 Junior Suites and 2 Double Suites will be available to guests. 51 villas with 170 rooms and suites will also complete the complex's accommodation offer. 36 of the 51 villas will be sold to third parties. The villas will have a private pool, kitchen and a wide variety of room types.
Located between the towns of Sotogrande and San Roque, Fairmont La Hacienda will be housed within a 400-hectare residential and golf complex. The resort will boast a luxury F&B offer with 5 restaurants and bars, including pool and beach bars. Other amenities will include swimming pools, a 2,000 m² fitness area, a 1,108 m² ballroom, adaptable meeting rooms and two golf courses.
