The number of sites developed under the Vacanceselect brand increased by 35% over the year, two-thirds of which were directly managed (5,500 sites) and one-third under franchise (3,000 sites). The group's total number of locations is 33,000 under the brand name, including 30,000 managed directly.
Christophe Alaux, Chairman of Vacanceselect's Management Board: "Our development has reached a record level with 43 new campsites under the brand, which clearly marks our central position in the European tourism industry. Our growth is balanced, with a priority for sites as subsidiaries in our core business of campsite operator, but with areas of diversification including the confirmed success of the Franchise and the consolidation of our partnerships outside France."
