Cdiscount: one step further into the tourism industry

After the launch of Cdiscount Voyages, the e-commerce subsidiary of Casino group is extending its offer to the outdoor hospitality industry.

The outdoor hotel market has never seen such growth and is now estimated at 2.5 billion euros in France with two-thirds of domestic customers.

Cdiscount has partnered with Campings.com to use its white label booking engine and thus benefit from the largest catalogue of referenced campsites in Europe. 

Campings.com, which references nearly 2,500 partner campsites around a "sourcing" model, is strengthening its distribution strategy thanks to this partnership.

"This collaboration with Campings.com allows us to develop the Cdiscount Voyages catalogue by developing a segment that is close to our heart: family travel. With nearly 9 million active customers, Cdiscount reaches one in three French households. Thanks to this partnership, we will always offer them dedicated offers at the best price," says Emmanuel Grenier, CEO of Cdiscount.
