The Rosewood Hotels has been appointed by the Indonesian Ciputra Group to manage two separate properties in the country, fulfilling Rosewood’s Asia expansion strategy.
The Jakarta-based Ciputra Group appointed Rosewood Hotels and Resorts to manage two different properties under the Rosewood name, the Rosewood Tanah Lot Bali and Rosewood Jakarta.The Rosewood Tanah Lot Bali will offer 80 suites, 40 villas, and 20 Rosewood Residences on 12 hectares of land near the Tanah Lot temple (pictured). Rosewood Jakarta will offer 200 hotel guestrooms and 160 Rosewood Residences in the central business district of the nation’s capital.The properties join two upcoming Asian expansions of the group, the Rosewood Beijing in late 2013 and Rosewood Phuket in late 2014. Both Indonesian hotels are scheduled to open by 2017.
