Eurostars Hotel Company, part of the Hotusa group, has announced the addition of three new leased properties to its portfolio.
The hotels that are now part of the Group are:
The Exe Castellar, in Cadiz, has 1,500 square meters of outdoor space for events and a main hall for almost 200 guests, as well as 74 rooms, a wellness spa and fitness center.
It is located at the Natural Park of Los Alcornocales in Cádiz and its architecture recreates the classic Andalusian cortijo.
The Exe Via Argentum, in Silleda (Pontevedra), which has 88 rooms, spa, lounges and gastronomic spaces.
And the Exe Essenzia, in Cedofeira, the hotel offers 80 rooms, a coffee bar and a fitness center.
With these three four-star hotels, Eurostars adds 162 rooms to its portfolio in Spain and 80 in Portugal, where it already has a total of nine hotels.
The Hotusa Group currently has a portfolio of 200 establishments in 19 countries under the Eurostars Hotels and Exe Hotels brands.
The company has reactivated the reopening of establishments and already has more than 95% of its hotel inventory operational.
