Hilton Worldwide is pursuing the international expansion of its Home2 Suites brand by debuting it the Latin American region, with its first establishment in Mexico.
Hilton Worldwide is developing its extended stay brand by introducing it into the Latin American market. The first Home2 Suites establishment in the region will be constructed in Queretaro, Mexico. This is the brand's 24th establishment, and first outside of the United States."Expanding our footprint internationally is a milestone achievement for a young brand like Home2 Suites", says Bill Duncan, global head, Home2 Suites by Hilton. He further explains that Queretaro's central location in Mexico and business/leisure mix make it an ideal location for Home2 Suites to enter the Latin American market.The establishment is owned by Inmobiliaria Canel's S.A. de C.V. and managed by Hilton Worldwide. It will offer 97 suites in a trendy suburb of the city, with access to Queruetaro's Industrial Park and Shopping Mall.
