On Monday 24th August 2020, Avani Hotels & Resorts announced the signing of the first Avani+ high-end hotel complex in Vietnam - Avani+ Ho Tram Resort. It is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2023.
The brand currently has a total of three properties under construction in Ho Chi Minh City, Doc Let and Cam Ranh, as well as two hotels in operation in Hai Phong and Quy Nhon. This new property will be added to the development pipeline.
Avani+ Ho Tram Resort, a 200-key complex, is located in a rapidly developing area due to its proximity to Ho Chi Minh City.
Once completed, Avani+ Ho Tram Resort, designed by leading German-Vietnamese architects Korn Architects, will be the focal point of the villa development of Hai Vuong Tourism's "Sanctuary", which will include a beach club and conference centre. The property's 200 standard rooms and five 90 m² bungalows will function as a resort, while 268 one-, two- and three-person managed residences will be offered for purchase by individual owners and investors.
The complex offers extensive banqueting and meeting facilities that can comfortably accommodate up to 500 people in a state-of-the-art 684 m² ballroom that can be divided by three. Two additional meeting rooms are ideal for board meetings, teleconferences and more intimate events.
